Frequently asked questions

How do I connect my Strava account?

Go to Profile → Settings and click 'Connect with Strava'. You'll be redirected to Strava to authorize access. Once connected, your activities will be processed automatically.

How long does it take for my activity to appear?

Activities are usually processed within a few minutes of uploading to Strava. If an activity hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, try syncing manually from Settings.

Why didn't my hexagons get claimed?

Conquex requires a GPS-tracked activity (Run, Ride, or Hike) uploaded to Strava. Activities without a GPS route or activities recorded as indoor/virtual won't claim hexagons.

Someone stole my hexagon — is that normal?

Yes! Conquex is a territorial game. If another athlete runs through a hexagon you own, it flips to their color. Seasons reset monthly so everyone gets a fresh start.

How do I delete my account?

Send us an email at support@conquex.de and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.

Strava connection

Conquex uses the Strava API to read your activity routes and claim hexagons on your behalf. We never post to Strava or share your data with third parties. You can disconnect your Strava account at any time in Settings.
