By creating an account or using Conquex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Conquex is a location-based territorial game that uses your GPS activity data from Strava to claim hexagonal tiles on a real-world map. The service is provided free of charge and is powered by the Strava API.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
4. Strava
Connecting your Strava account is subject to Strava's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Conquex is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not attempt to manipulate game data, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated means to generate fake activities. Violations may result in account termination.
6. Disclaimer
Conquex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Season data may be reset or modified at any time.
